What a memorable trip to Central Florida! I believe our team has the distinction of being the only Pensacola team to actually play in full-out sleet on Saturday morning at 8 a.m.!  It was actually accumulating in corners of the court, on our clothes and in our hair! Sharon Moore made quite the fashion statement in her Gators Snuggie blanket, as did Brenda Harris who wore her referee costume to dinner to cheer on Alabama in their National Championship game.

Cold (and our less than stellar performances on the courts) aside, team members Sharon Moore, Rhonda Sakey, Tonna Wheat, Pam Hasell, Brenda Harris, Debbie Cook and Tina Horton had a great time playing, eating, shopping and cheering on the 6.5 Ladies Hotshots, the 7.5 Mens Bayview Bombers and the 6.5 Mens The Club (were they the Clubbers???)! We missed our teammates Bev Patteson, Sissy Partridge and Allison Randol, who were unable to travel with us.    ***Thank You to Tina Horton for the re-cap and photos.
